Order processing

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• You may receive a call or WhatsApp message from us to confirm your order and address.

Delivery time

• Standard delivery takes about 3 to 7 working days depending on your location and courier service.
• Remote areas may take longer. Delays can occur due to weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Offers such as free shipping, where available, are shown on the product page or at checkout.

Cash on delivery and online payment

We offer cash on delivery and online payment options (shown at checkout). Please keep the exact amount ready if you choose cash on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will share the courier and tracking details by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If the courier cannot deliver because of a wrong address or an unreachable phone number, the order may be returned to us and extra charges may apply to send it again.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for details.
