Using our website
- You must give correct and complete details when you place an order or contact us.
- You may not misuse the website, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
- You are responsible for keeping any account details you use on the website private.
Products and information
- We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours, packaging and batch details may differ slightly from the pictures.
- Information on this website is for general guidance only and is not medical advice. Skin care and treatment results vary from person to person.
- Please read the label and directions before use, do a patch test where advised, and speak to a qualified doctor or dermatologist if you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether a product suits you.
- Products meant to be used under professional supervision should be used only as directed by a qualified doctor.
Orders and acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch it.
- We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price or description was shown wrongly, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect misuse. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). If your device shows another currency, it is only a convenience and payment is taken in INR.
- You can pay online or choose cash on delivery where it is offered at checkout. Online payments are processed by our payment provider and we do not store your card or UPI details.
- Prices and offers can change without notice, but a change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Intellectual property
The Dermats Labs name, logo, product pictures, text and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide the website and products with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss caused by delays outside our control, or for use of a product that is not in line with its label or a doctor's advice. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
